World premieres being held at Cannes Yachting Festival 2025
This year, there’s a wide selection of world premieres and European debuts at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025. Among the boatbuilder hyperbole about their new offerings, one theme is patently clear — as ever in this world — bigger is better. There are wider beams, more spacious interiors, more glorious exteriors: more of about everything an owner could imagine.
Here, MIN rounds up some of the top new vessels on show.
Arcadia Yachts
Arcadia has chosen Cannes to present the world premiere of the A80new, the shipyard’s first Raised Pilot House (RPH). This is the first RPH yacht created by the shipyard. It’s just under 24 metres and complies with the latest regulations designed to protect Posidonia Oceanica, offering complete cruising freedom as well as the ability to anchor in and explore any bay or cove without damaging the natural environment.
It’s fitted with the latest-generation solar panels, and offers excellent performance at 13-15 knots. It’s got a wide body, master quarters on the main deck, five cabins, quarters for four crew in the bow and an upper deck with a total surface area of 80 square metres. The interiors are furnished with natural wood and the propulsion system consists of two Volvo Penta IPS engines. Alongside the latest new yacht, the shipyard will also be showcasing three other models A96new, Sherpa 60 and Sherpa 80.
Apreamare
Apreamare is premiering its Gozzo 48 Cabin. That’s the new flagship of the Gozzo line. The design, style and hull are the work of Marco Casali, Umberto Tagliavini and the Apreamare technical office, and it is described as the latest natural evolution of the Sorrentine Gozzo. It’s got a pilot seat that converts to a sofa, and the option of two or three cabins. Thanks to the deckhouse, the large living area seamlessly connects to the spacious cockpit.
Aquila Power Catamarans
Bringing the ‘explorer’ aesthetic, the 46 Yacht provides confident open-water exploration with serious offshore capability (it has CE Category A ocean certification).
Additionally, the European premieres of the Aquila 50 Yacht, Aquila 46 Coupe and 42 Coupe sport cruisers will be showcased
The 46 Yacht has a 23ft 3in beam, creating spacious interior volume. A rear salon window and sliding main entrance door create a seamless indoor/outdoor entertainment space, and there’s an optional interior helm for all-weather comfort.
The 46 Yacht is available in three-, four- or five-cabin configurations. Advanced options include the Aquila Hydro Glide foil system for enhanced efficiency and range, fully-integrated and standard-issue C-Zone digital switching, and the ability to add a lithium battery system.
Azimut Yachts
Azimut showcases three Grand model debuts – theGrande 30M, Grande Trideck and Grande 36M – designed by Mancini and m2atelier. Also on show, the new Fly 82 makes its international debut.
Bearing the signature of Mancini and Fantolino, the Fly 82 is the new flagship of the flybridge fleet.
As the world’s first yacht to combine hybrid propulsion with a CO2 emissions reduction system, the Seadeck 7 embodies a new era in responsible sailing. Its elegant lines and contemporary furnishings come with a 40 per cent reduction in carbon footprint, says Cannes Yachting Festival, which demonstrates Azimut’s commitment to sustainability.
Beneteau
The latest addition to the Trawler range, the Grand Trawler 63 takes the strengths of its predecessor while incorporating the latest innovations from Beneteau, says Cannes Yachting Festival. More spacious, more modern and still true to the spirit of long-distance cruising, it combines elegance and autonomy.
Benetti
Benetti is exhibiting the entire fibreglass series for the first time – Oasis 34M, Oasis 40M and Motopanfilo 37M – and provides a world preview of Juno’s 7, the first unit of the new Class 44M – a 44-metre yacht that combines elegance, innovation and generous volumes.
It features a slender bow and hull, designed for long-range cruising with interiors showcasing antique elm wood flooring and mineral resin surfaces enriched with stone powder.
Bluegame
Bluegame, the Italian brand of the Sanlorenzo Group, will launch the BGF45.
Drawing on the knowledge gained from the BGH-HSV — the hydrogen-powered foiling chase boat at the 37th America’s Cup — Bluegame is bringing its know-how to recreational yachting. It’s said to be a significant advancement in the multihull segment, achieving outstanding results through collaborations with partners such as Volvo, Garmin and Siemens-Innovative Technology Partner. The 45-foot multihull has a foil-assisted system, located between the twin hulls, significantly reducing drag and boosting speed, stability and fuel efficiency by more than 40 per cent.
It’s got two Volvo Penta IPS engines, which offer cruising comfort, even at speeds above 30 knots.
There’s an open layout with two cabins and a versatile third room. The exterior features a spacious sundeck and a sleek beach area that enhances the open-air lifestyle onboard.
Cantiere del Pardo
Cantiere del Pardo returns to the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025 with two world premieres.
The yard will present the new flagship of the VanDutch range, the VanDutch 75 (read more below) and the new Pardo 43.
Alongside the new 43ft Pardo 43, the shipyard will present other key models in the range, including the Pardo 50, GT52, GT75 and the new Endurance 72 for the first time at Cannes.
Delta Powerboats
The much-anticipated new 72ft flagship from Swedish builder Delta Powerboats, the Delta Powerboats 72 is making its world premier at Cannes this year.
With a claimed top speed of 52 knots offshore racer and a spacious layout, the Delta Powerboats 72 was initially commissioned by a Delta client, and provides a natural upgrade route from smaller coupé and open models.
Evene Tenders
Evene Tenders (a Williams Marine Group brand) will launch its Origin Series, encompassing two models – the Origin 57 and Origin 71. The Origin 57 is designed for yachts over 30 metres with a capacity for nine guests.
Both feature what the firm refers to as a ‘revolutionary’ Petestep hull. This seemingly minimises hydrodynamic resistance by harnessing spray energy. There’s cork decking and removable eco-upholstery crafted from Spradling’s Vestige fabric range, and the tenders come with Yanmar 4LV diesel engines approved for HVO 100 fuel.
Evo Yachts
Evo Yachts is presenting its new R4 Icone. This — ten years on — has a hull about a metre longer than the original version, an ‘aggressive’ bow, a new integrated design for the air intakes and large windows in the hull sides.
The main deck has an enclosed area covered by an aluminium hard top and a console clearly based on automotive design. This area features a large C-shaped sofa that can be arranged to offer either a forward or rear-facing view, and a pilot seat that can be adjusted to various heights. The XT platform at the stern, developed jointly with Besenzoni, extends the surface area aft and brings it closer to the water.
There are two large enclosed double cabins, and the yacht is powered by two Volvo IPS 650 engines, each with an output of 480 horsepower.
Fabbrica Italiana Motoscafi
Fabbrica Italiana Motoscafi (FIM) is offering an exclusive preview of its new 560 Contessa: a project that marks the shipyard’s entry into the upper-tier sport fly yacht segment. That will have its actual world premiere at Cannes in 2026.
The company says it’s making a ‘compact, dynamic, and elegant’ sport fly yacht, which is focused on the FIM Driving Experience — an immersive driving concept centred around the owner. That’s developed in collaboration with Designworks, the BMW Group’s innovation studio, and was first introduced aboard the 640 Contessa.
It will also feature a patented emergency flotation system, designed to guarantee maximum safety for both the vessel and passengers in the event of impact, hull breach or grounding.
Ferretti Group
Ferretti Group presents six world premieres at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival: the innovative Ferretti Yachts 800; the breakthrough Itama 54; Aquariva Special, the only Special after the Aquarama; Riva Cento, the limited edition celebrating the 100th Rivamare; Riva 58ft Capri, the new-generation sport open yacht; and Riva 112ft Dolcevita Super, the new flybridge yacht with expanded spaces and dimensions for luxury living. Completing the lineup are two more show debuts: the Ferretti Yachts 940 and the dynamic Pershing GTX70.
Pershing’s GTX70 is the last model presented in Pershing’s 40th anniversary year.
Wally will be present with wallywind110 in the dedicated area in Port Canto.
Ferretti will have a total fleet of 25 yachts on show.
Finnmaster Boats
Finnmaster Boats will be premiering its 100 per cent Finnish-made boats: the Grandezza 37 Outboard and Grandezza 30 Outboard. The former is an 11.55 metre cabin cruiser with a 3.50 metre beam. It has two cabins, a spacious saloon and flexible indoor-outdoor living areas, and utilises twin 400hp V10 Mercury Verados. It’s designed with a responsive hull and can handle a range of sea conditions confidently.
Meanwhile, the Grandezza 30 Outboard is a 9.35 metre cabin cruiser with a beam of nearly 3 metres, to accommodate up to 10 people. It has two cabins with four berths and uses twin 250hp V8 Mercury Verados to provide adaptive and confident performance.
All Finnmaster boats on display in Cannes are powered by Mercury engines, following a recent partnership between Finnmaster and Mercury Marine. As a result, Finnmaster’s outboard-powered models are now available to its global dealer network and boat owners with optional Mercury’s premium L4, V6, V8, V10 and V12 outboard engines, along with advanced pre-rigging systems. The collaboration also introduces innovations, such as AI-driven adaptive speed control that uses real-time data to optimise throttle response for smoother handling in varying conditions.
Fountaine Pajot
The latest boat from Fountaine Pajot, the New 41, is a compact catamaran combining refined design and optimised space. With its Smart Electric ODSea Lab system, this model offers a hybrid version incorporating batteries and solar panels to navigate in comfort while reducing its environmental footprint.
Girbau Boats
Girbau Boats – an artisanal shipyard from the Costa Brava – is bringing its G31. With an overall length of 9.42 metres, a beam of 2.95 metres, a draft of 0.85 metres and a maximum displacement of 5,700kg, the G31 is the new benchmark in the yard’s mid-size motorboat range.
The structure has been optimised with an infused hull, and there’s an enlarged swim platform. Fuel capacity comes in at two tanks x 270 litres, it has a freshwater tank of 117 litres, and a blackwater tank of 56 litres. It accommodates up to 10 people on board.
The G31 will be available in single or twin Yanmar 4LV engine configurations, with 230 HP or 250 HP options, and can be equipped with features such as a gyroscopic stabiliser, air conditioning, generator and the latest navigation systems.
Invictus Yachts
Invictus Yacht is set to unveil its new flagships: the TT550 featuring a carbon-fibre hard top and exterior layouts optimised for a true Mediterranean ‘full open’ experience; and the ST550 a contemporary shuttle-style yacht that redefines onboard space.
Omaya Yachts
Bulgarian catamaran manufacturer Omaya Yachts is bringing its debut model, the Omaya 50. It’s got an 8.4 metre beam, expansive lower decks and a customisable salon. The flybridge features twin staircases.
The yacht has been designed with longer onboard living in mind and offers Garmin’s EmpirBus system, enabling owners to manage lighting, entertainment, security systems, temperature, navigation and more at the touch of a button. It also integrates Raymarine’s systems, including Fishfinder, Radar VHF, Satellite TV and a state-of-the-art docking system using stereoscopic vision cameras via its multifunctional display units. This model also includes Dock Sense, as well as integrating Sentinel’s remote boat monitoring and control system.
The brand plans to expand its fleet to include 62ft and 78ft options.
Sacs Tecnorib
Sacs Tecnorib, licensee of the Pirelli speedboats, has chosen Cannes for the world premiere of the Pirelli 47, a new maxi-rib model in the range. Also on show is the Strider 13 KNT x Sacs, a result of the collaboration with Kiton.
Sanlorenzo
Sanlorenzo will unveil three new models: SL110A, SX120 and SD132, which will enjoy global premieres.
The SL110A belongs within the company’s asymmetrical line with a wide-body owner’s suite spanning the full beam. It reaches speeds of up to 27 knots. The SX120 is part of Sanlorenzo’s crossover range and is said to balance explorer-yacht capability with flybridge luxury. Then there’s the SD132, which – at 40.7 meters in length – is Sanlorenzo’s largest composite yacht to date.
This year also marks a milestone moment for Sanlorenzo. 2025 is the 20th anniversary of Massimo Perotti’s leadership of the company.
Saxdor Yachts
Powered by two 300 hp Mercury engines, the Saxdor 320 GTO offers impressive power combined with great manoeuvrability.
Its Scandinavian design focuses on fluidity and performance, ensuring sporty performance and intuitive navigation. It’s a model designed for thrill-seekers who are also looking for comfort and refinement, says Cannes Yachting Festival.
Sirena Yachts
Among the new boats at Cannes Yachting Festival 2025, Sirena Yachts is launching the first hull of its new Sirena 60 model, offering more space for lounging, improved storage and a modern aesthetic. A new transom profile creates more space on the platform. Rope storage lockers on either side of the newly modelled stern seat are bigger, and there are larger openings in the bulwarks for access to the dock. The main saloon windows are also bigger.
The flybridge has also been improved. The dashboard and the pilot seats have been redesigned, and a Corian worktop has been introduced in the bar unit. In addition, the sunpad has a convertible headrest and the galley has grown nearly 20 per cent in area to 5 square metres. As with the Sirena 58, the basic configuration remains for three large cabins.
VanDutch Yachts
Cantiere del Pardo marks a new chapter with the world premiere of the VanDutch 75. The cockpit – now spanning 45 square meters – provides exceptional space. There are new custom-designed seats, with ribbed upholstery and a Fenix galley top, fully integrated and equipped with a barbecue, two burners, refrigerator and ice-maker.
The VanDutch 75 has interiors designed by BurdissoCapponi Yachts&Design and provides an insight into the new stylistic direction of the yard. Also on show will be the VanDutch 40 and VanDutch 48.
A carbon fibre hard-top is in place, along with an integrated door in the windshield, allowing direct and easy access from the cockpit to the bow. There’s an ‘invisible’ anchor, which emerges from the hull, and a natural teak deck with white caulking.
It’s classified as an open yacht, and is supported by a 4,000-litre fuel capacity ideal for long-range navigation. It has triple Volvo Penta IPS propulsion, capable of pushing the yacht up to 40 knots.
Boats making their European debut at Cannes Yachting Festival in 2025
Comar Yachts
Conceived as a high-performance sport catamaran, the C-Cat 65 stems from a collaboration between Comar Yachts, Enrico Contreas, Amadio & Partners studio, Naval Design for FEM and CFD analyses, and the shipyard’s in-house technical office.
It’s a double-cut Corecell sandwich, laminated with epoxy resin through advanced vacuum infusion processes. All bulkheads, stringers and structural elements are both bonded and tabbed. Every item of interior furnishing is custom-built in the yard and designed to be structural, guaranteeing durability and long-term integrity.
The hull is crafted from a carbon and fibreglass composite, and the deck is made entirely of carbon fibre to drastically reduce topside weight and lower the centre of gravity. It has carbon daggerboards, and the crossbeam, bowsprit, bulkheads and all load-bearing structures are made of carbon as well. This helps ensure torsional stiffness and precise handling even in demanding sailing conditions.
Horizon Yachts
Horizon Yachts is bringing the FD80 Skyline Hull 15. It features generous volume within a compact framework and boasts full-height windows in the main deck living areas.
This FD80 comes with four ensuite staterooms. The full-beam on-deck master suite in the bow has been upgraded to specifications comparable to Horizon’s larger FD90 model and features a his-and-hers vanity. Below deck, three ensuite staterooms comprise the port and starboard VIPs and a forward VIP with a convertible V-berth.
Pearl Yachts
The Pearl 63 has a four-cabin layout, including a full-beam owner’s suite accessed by a private stairway. It has fold-down side balconies to expand the cockpit space. It’s powered by Volvo IPS propulsion, with a maximum speed of up to 35 knots.
There will also be a design reveal of the Pearl 100 Hybrid, which combines expansive outdoor spaces and a state-of-the-art hybrid powertrain. This project signals Pearl’s latest entry in the 30-metre class, blending sustainability with superyacht sophistication.
