Princess Yachts names its first distributor in Georgia
Aslan Nakashidze, managing director of Crystal Yachts Georgia Crystal Yachts Georgia LLC has become the first official distributor for British boatbuilder Princess Yachts in Georgia. Its team will sell the full Princess range across the country and provide after sales support and other services for owners.
The company opened its waterfront office this summer in Batumi, on Georgia’s Black Sea coast. The city has seen investment in its marinas in recent years.
Thomas Richardson, regional sales director at Princess Yachts, says: “The appointment of Crystal Yachts Georgia is an exciting milestone for Princess Yachts as we continue to strengthen our global distributor network.
Having recently visited the country, I was impressed by both the quality of Batumi’s marina developments and the ambition of the leadership team at Crystal Yachts, demonstrated by the opening of their well-positioned waterfront office this summer.

Aslan Nakashidze, managing director of Crystal Yachts Georgia, runs the company with its founder, Sulkhan Lominadze (pictured left), a cardiac surgeon and entrepreneur. Nakashidze has a background in the luxury sector and knows Georgia’s tourism and leisure industries.
