Promising fresh perspectives, dynamic new speakers, and a brand-new format the event will be held at the Quarterdeck Bar & Restaurant.

Lesley Robinson, CEO of British Marine, says: “Women in Marine continues to be a vital platform for celebrating and supporting women in our industry. With a new venue, new day and new time, we’re creating an even more dynamic space for open discussion, fresh insights and meaningful networking. We encourage everyone to register now and be part of this exciting event.”

The event is designed to inspire, connect and grow the vibrant community of women working across the marine sector.

The 2025 edition of Southampton International Boat Show has revealed plans for an ‘exciting transformation’ this year, according to organisers British Marine, introducing a revised site plan, a new entrance on Mayflower Park and several newly designated areas tailored to different sectors of interest.

A trade ticket for the Southampton boat show has also been introduced aimed at marine professionals.

Following the panel discussion, guests are invited to enjoy refreshments and informal networking with colleagues from across the marine sector.

The event is open to all genders and offers an excellent opportunity to support the progression and visibility of women across the marine industry.
