Riva reorganises Italian dealer network

Riva has reorganised its Italian dealer network, dividing exclusive regional representation between Nautica Casarola and Italian Yacht Store.

Nautica Casarola, which has represented Riva for 63 years, will remain the exclusive dealer for Valle d’Aosta, Piedmont, Liguria, Lombardy, Tuscany, Lazio and Sardinia. Its territory also includes the provinces of Verona and Vicenza in Veneto, Trento in Trentino-Alto Adige, and Modena, Parma, Piacenza and Reggio Emilia in Emilia-Romagna.

Italian Yacht Store, already the exclusive Italian and San Marino dealer for Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Itama and Custom Line, will add Riva to its representation in other parts of the country. Its territory covers Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Marche, Abruzzo, Umbria, Molise, Puglia, Calabria, Campania, Basilicata and Sicily.

The dealer will also cover the province of Bolzano in Trentino-Alto Adige, the provinces of Belluno, Padua, Rovigo, Treviso and Venice in Veneto, and Bologna, Ferrara, Forlì-Cesena, Ravenna and Rimini in Emilia-Romagna.

Riva was founded in 1842 on Lake Iseo and joined Ferretti Group in 2000. The brand currently has three production sites: its historic shipyard in Sarnico, which builds yachts from 27ft to 68ft; a shipyard in La Spezia, opened in 2004, producing models from 76 to 130ft; and the Riva Superyachts Division in Ancona, established in 2014, where steel yachts from 50 to 90m are built at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard.

The news follows Ferretti Group’s recent announcement that Andrea Frabetti, former chief executive of Sunseeker, has returned as personal advisor to Ferretti Group CEO Stassi Anastassov, focusing on innovation, product development, technology, and product strategy.

Frabetti, who departed Sunseeker in December 2025, previously worked at the Ferretti Group for over two decades, leaving in 2015 as group research and development director.
