Rosetti launches second superyacht

Rosetti Superyachts' second vessel launched: RSY 38M EXP

Rosetti Superyachts has launched its second 38m EXP superyacht, in a ceremony held at the shipyard’s Ravenna facilities, with the owner in attendance.

It’s the second superyacht project from the Italian boatbuilder, which launched the first RSY 38m EXP, Emocean, in 2021.

Still a relatively young enterprise, Rosetti Superyachts (RSY) was created at the end of 2017 and is backed by the Rosetti Marino Group.

This latest vessel results from a collaboration with Hydro Tec, which developed the exterior and naval architecture, and Burdissocapponi Yachts & Design for the interior.

Constructed in steel and aluminium, the interiors cover a volume of 432 GT, accommodating up to twelve guests in five cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck with a private balcony.

The most important features include a 150 square metre sundeck with a dining area, jacuzzi and bar, as well as a beach club at sea level. Interior spaces feature full-height windows and bulkhead cut-outs, delivering uninterrupted views.

Powered by two 800 hp Man diesel engines, the yacht can reach a maximum speed of 13 knots and a transatlantic range of 4,500 nautical miles when reduced to 10 knots.

From the signing of the contract to the present, Rosetti Superyachts says it has worked closely with the owners, who have ‘been actively involved in every aspect of the construction and interior design.’
