Sanlorenzo has unveiled SHE, a 25.5-metre yacht concept. According to the brand, the name, an acronym for Sanlorenzo Heritage, reflects its focus on craftsmanship, timeless aesthetics and forward-looking innovation.

SHE is a standalone, limited-production yacht, designed in collaboration with Zuccon International Project and Lissoni & Partners. The yacht’s lines are inspired by the 1960s Italian yacht design.

The yacht is the first Sanlorenzo to integrate the Volvo Penta IPS hybrid system, combining electric and diesel propulsion. SHE can reach speeds up to 20 knots in hybrid mode, with silent electric cruising up to 9 knots for reduced emissions.

The system also enables automatic battery recharging and a ‘booster’ mode that improves performance while lowering engine RPM.

Bernardo Zuccon, Zuccon International Project, comments: “SHE is not just a yacht; it is memory in motion.

“It is the result of a design journey rooted in the tradition of Italian shipbuilding, defined by craftsmanship, culture, and aesthetic sensitivity, and which, with respect, opens itself to new visions. Every line, every volume of SHE originates from the desire to reinterpret forms and proportions that marked an era, giving them a contemporary language.”

Environmental considerations are also incorporated into the build, including bio-based resins and low-maintenance synthetic teak decks. Accompanying the yacht is its 3.95-metre electric tender, made of lightweight carbon fibre.

SHE’s exterior boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, staggered superstructure levels, and modular outdoor areas for adaptable configurations. Inside, interiors have been coordinated by Piero Lissoni, combining mid-century Italian design cues with modern-day, natural materials and warm finishes.

Piero Lissoni, art director of Sanlorenzo, comments: “SHE is a gentle yacht. It reuses traditional elements and evokes the grace of the 1960s but leaps forward into 2030. It’s a modern yacht with many innovations, simply expressed through a softened aesthetic language.”

Accommodation is on the lower deck, comprising a full-beam owner’s cabin, VIP cabin, guest cabins, and crew quarters.

Massimo Perotti, president and CEO of Sanlorenzo Group, concludes: “SHE represents a journey seven decades in the making. A yacht reflecting everything we believe in: elegance that doesn’t shout, innovation that respects, design that endures.

“Launching SHE during the 20th anniversary of my custodianship of Sanlorenzo is deeply meaningful. SHE is a bridge between what we’ve inherited and what we choose to become.”
