Sanlorenzo Q3 2025 results show rapid growth in order intake

Sanlorenzo Fleet

Sanlorenzo has reported an 18.4 per cent year-on-year increase in order intake for the first nine months of 2025, reaching €689.7m, with the firm buoyed by demand for new model launches.

The company, which confirmed its financial guidance for the year on Monday (10 November 2025), is maintaining expectations for continued growth across its divisions.

Chairman and chief executive Massimo Perotti says: “Sanlorenzo continues to pursue a path of measured and sustainable growth, reporting a strong order intake of €690m in the first nine months of 2025 — up 18.4 per cent year-on-year. This performance confirms the enduring strength and desirability of our brand and reaffirms our positive trajectory. The results reflect the solid positioning and attractiveness of our portfolio.”

As of 30 September 2025, the company’s order backlog totalled €1.7bn, with 90 per cent sold to final clients. The net backlog exceeded €1bn in revenues yet to be booked, providing visibility into 2026. Net revenues from new yachts amounted to €690.1m, up 3.2 per cent from the previous year, driven by the performance of the Superyacht and Nautor Swan divisions. EBITDA stood at €128m, representing an 18.5 per cent margin, broadly stable compared with 2024.

By geography, revenues grew 39.9 per cent in the Americas and 10.6 per cent in Europe, while Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and Africa recorded declines of 5.7 per cent and 57.4 per cent respectively. The company attributed the MEA result to timing effects in deliveries compared with a strong 2024 base.

Operationally, Sanlorenzo opened its new Americas headquarters and customer lounge at Pier Sixty-Six Marina in Fort Lauderdale in October, coinciding with the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. Other recent developments include the unveiling of the Sanlorenzo Heritage model SHE, as well as the 74Steel flagship superyacht, and the expansion of the Bluegame division with its new BGF line featuring foil technology developed from its hydrogen-powered America’s Cup tender programme.

“The recent unveiling of SHE, our new Sanlorenzo Heritage model and first yacht equipped with IPS Hybrid electric propulsion, exemplifies our commitment to blending timeless design with technological innovation,” says Perotti. “The immediate commercial success of SHE, with initial client orders received within days after its highly acclaimed global debut, further consolidates Sanlorenzo’s leadership at the top of the industry.”

Sanlorenzo confirmed its 2025 financial guidance, targeting net revenues of approximately €960m, EBITDA of around €180m and group net profit between €103m and €107m.
