Shockwave Seats appoints GMA for European expansion

Canada-based Shockwave Seats, a specialist manufacturer of marine suspension seating systems, has appointed GMA as its sales representative for its recreational product line in Europe.

With a history dating back more than 20 years, today the Shockwave brand is internationally recognised with customers producing vessels for coastguard, SAR, military, commercial and high-performance leisure use.

Dave Smith, owner and president at Shockwave, says: “Since introducing our S5 Sentinel suspension base, which is aimed squarely at the recreational market, our business in Europe has taken off and in order to position ourselves to take advantage of some of these new opportunities, we could see we needed additional sales resources. We are extremely pleased to have contracted with UK-based, European manufacturers representative, GMA, which comes highly recommended and will be able to provide an additional level of support to our existing and future customers within a European time zone”
