Sims sets up Quick Nautical Equipment in the UK

Quick Nautical Equipment Limited has been formed in the UK, to better represent the Italian manufacturer Quick Spa in Great Britain and Ireland.

Quick has long been the go to nautical equipment provider on many production boats around the world, so it understands fully the requirements and rigors to be withstood. A leader, in Italy and worldwide, in the production of nautical equipment for both commercial and leisure-based boats. The products are designed and manufactured in the province of Ravenna, Italy. The product ranges include windlasses, thrusters, battery chargers, inverters, water heaters, gyro stabilizers and LED lighting.

Andreas Karlsen, Quick Area Sales Manager comments: “The creation of ‘Quick UK’ under the management of Andrew Sims provides us with the platform to continue our growth in the UK market and increases our capability to best serve our increasing customer base.”

The Quick Italy facility is spread over 19.200 m2 (206.667 ft2) of covered area, with state of the art production engineering employed. The facility enables the design, engineering, assembly and testing to be carried out in-house, this operating structure allows Quick to control the quality of products, to respond to customer’s needs, to create and develop new products, and above all to boast MADE IN ITALY excellence!
