Sunset+Vine wins sailing series broadcast contract
Genoa, Italy is hosting sailors for the third regatta of the 2019 Hempel World Cup Series from 15-21 April 2019. More than 700 competitors from 60 nations are racing across eight Olympic Events.©JESUS RENEDO/SAILING ENERGY/WORLD SAILING 19 April, 2019.Sunset+Vine has been awarded the production and distribution contract for the 2021 Hempel World Cup Series, the Olympic Classes Global Tour, from World Sailing.
Under the terms of the contract, Sunset+Vine’s production team will deliver daily social and digital content, news material and an event highlights show. In addition, Sunset+Vine’s Media Partnerships team will provide international news and highlights distribution to the network of broadcaster, news desks and digital platforms.

During the Hempel World Cup series, all ten Olympic sailing classes race on an international circuit, with the first event – in a shortened 2021 calendar – taking place in Medemblik, Netherlands from 2-13 June where eight of the ten Olympic classes will be racing.
This will be the last major World Sailing event for Olympic sailors ahead of the Tokyo Olympics, in Enoshima.
