Suntex Marina Investors, a leading owner and operator of marina properties across the United States, has announced the opening of its latest boat club location at Saguaro Lake Marina in Mesa, Arizona. The addition marks the 24th site in the Suntex Boat Club portfolio, which now spans ten states.
The launch of the Suntex Boat Club at Saguaro Lake Marina follows the recent acquisition of the full-service facility through Suntex’s joint venture with Centerbridge Partners. The JV, established last year, announced plans to acquire more than $1.25bn worth of marina property in the United States.
The opening of the boat club at Saguaro Lake Marina, Arizona, significantly strengthens Suntex’s presence in the greater Phoenix market and expands its service offerings in the region. With this addition, Saguaro Lake Marina is positioned as a key hub for recreational boating, offering enhanced convenience and flexible access for local and visiting boaters.
Suntex now operates three premier marinas in Arizona; Saguaro Lake Marina, Roosevelt Lake Marina and Canyon Lake Marina.
The club model aims to provide a cost-effective and convenient path to access boating. A key benefit, Suntext says, of joining the Suntex Boat Club is the access to boating across the country. Members enjoy reciprocal boating privileges at all 24 Suntex Boat Club locations across ten states.
Members of the Saguaro Lake Marina Boat Club will gain exclusive access to a new vessel fleet, featuring state-of-the-art pontoon boats for leisurely cruises and family fun, alongside more high-performance boats for watersports.
Saguaro Lake Marina continues to operate as a full-service facility, offering wet slips, dry storage, boat rentals, on-site dining and steamboat cruises.
