Thailand International Boat Show to remain at Phuket Yacht Haven Marina

Thailand International Boat Show organisers have confirmed that the 2026 edition of the show will be held at Phuket Yacht Haven Marina from 15 to 18 January, preceded by the Thailand Yachting Conference on 14 January.
The decision follows what organisers describe as a successful 2025 show, which featured an expanded format and drew visitors from over 20 countries.
According to David Hayes, chief executive officer of Jand Events, the Thailand International Boat Show’s relocation to Phuket Yacht Haven Marina in 2025, from the previous location of Royal Phuket Marina, provided additional space for onshore and in-water displays and enabled a broader visitor programme.
“We made a strategic decision this year to move the event to Phuket Yacht Haven Marina and that decision paid off,” says Hayes. “With more space we were able to expand the show both in-the-water and onshore as well as offer a more engaging visitor experience, and the feedback from both exhibitors and visitors has been extremely positive.”

He adds: “We are delighted to confirm that we will remain at Phuket Yacht Haven Marina for 2026 and beyond, and we will work closely with the marina team to build on this year’s success to create an even bigger and better show for all in 2026.”
Organisers have moved the 2026 dates one week later than the previous year following consultations with stakeholders. The new timing is intended to avoid the peak season for boat usage and allow exhibitors more time for preparation after the New Year. It may also support the display of larger boats by brokers.
Plans for Thailand International Boat Show 2026 include hosting more than 70 boats, increasing the number of superyachts, expanding onshore exhibits and introducing new visitor activities. The organisers also intend to maintain a focus on sustainability.

The Thailand Yachting Conference, scheduled for 14 January 2026, will again include a range of expert-led sessions addressing topics of national and international relevance. “This isn’t just about putting on a show– it’s about creating a platform for real growth and collaboration in the leisure marine industry across the region,” Hayes says.
