Tim Mayer joins MDL Marinas’ board of directors

MDL Marinas has announced that its sales and marketing director, Tim Mayer, has formally been appointed to its board of directors.

Mayer, who is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, joined MDL in the last quarter of 2019, bringing with him senior sales experience from across the leisure industry. MDL says Mayer has brought a deep understanding of customer service and sustainable practices to the marina group which have been integral to the development of its new berthing products, Otium Loyalty Rewards Scheme, eco-friendly gym, and innovative green strategy.

Mayer comments: “I am delighted to be joining the board of directors of MDL Marinas. I am looking forward to working alongside the other board members to ensure that MDL Marinas remains Europe’s leading marina group as well as spearheading initiatives, such as the Green Tech Boat Show, which will benefit not just the marina group but the boating industry as a whole.”
