UK marine recruiter expands team as it eyes commercial and defence sectors

Broadreach, the marine and shipbuilding recruitment specialist, has appointed Bronte Marlborough as marine account manager. Marlborough will manage client accounts across superyacht, ship repair, and marine engineering projects and be responsibile for driving growth in the marine contractor base.

The new appointment will be instrumental in leading and expanding the company’s marine contractor services across luxury refit, new build, and the fast-developing commercial, defence, and offshore energy sectors. Based in Poole, UK, Broadreach serves clients across the UK, Europe, USA, and Middle East.

Marlborough’s other key responsibilities include the support and mobilisation of contractors globally, ensuring full compliance through Broadreach’s digital mobilisation platform.

She will also build contractor networks across joinery, engineering, composites, pipefitting, and outfitting trades.
