Videoworks reveals leadership changes
Mauro Frattesi, previously managing director of the international division, will become president.Italian tech company Videoworks, a provider of audio-visual, IT and communication systems for yachts, has announced a leadership change in its European subsidiary.
Maurizio Minossi, CEO of Videoworks, confirms that Mauro Frattesi – previously managing director of the international division – will become president, with Stefan Nieuwenhuijs appointed as managing director.
Frattesi has overseen the firm’s expanding footprint in the European market. In 2023, the firm created a new business unit for ‘connectivity and communication solutions’, focused on providing high-speed internet to yachting clients during their time at sea.
“Under Mauro’s leadership, Videoworks Europe B.V. has become a key player in delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients across Europe,” says Minossi. “We are immensely grateful for his contributions and commitment over the years.”
Frattesi will continue as managing director of Videoworks’ subsidiaries in the United States and Turkey.
Nieuwenhuijs, assuming the role of managing director, will focus on maintaining Videoworks Europe’s technical expertise and service standards. He has previously overseen major projects and client relations at Videoworks.
“Stefan’s technical knowledge and proven commitment to client satisfaction make him the ideal candidate to lead Videoworks Europe B.V. into the future,” says Minossi. “We look forward to the continued growth, innovation, and development of team skills that he will foster in this new role.”
