VirCru launches a professional programme

VirCru, the developer of a ‘smart boat’ system made up of sensors that act as a virtual crew, has launched a new program aimed at marine technicians, installers, brokers and retailers.

VirCru‘s ‘smart boat’ technology allows boat owners to monitor and control their boats from anywhere in the world. The UK technology company calls its platform the ‘first low-cost, high-tech remote monitoring and control platform’.

VirCru MD Neil Minty

The VirCru Professional Programme has been designed to make it as easy as possible for marine professionals to install VirCru. The company says the programme offers a 25 per cent gross margin, no contracts, no minimum quantities or orders, and no complicated vetting processes before users can get started.

Managing director Neil Minty says: “As a boat enthusiast, I am incredibly proud of what we have created at VirCru and believe that the quality and attention to detail behind each product will help all boat owners minimise the concerns that come with owning a boat. We are thrilled to have launched the VirCru Professional Programme, as it gives marine professionals access to the most competitively priced, best looking and sophisticated smart boat monitoring system on the market but also opens up a fantastic opportunity for us to work with and support specialists within the industry.”
