Webasto launches Freeline 115 Elegance refrigerator
Webasto will present the Freeline 115 Elegance refrigerator at TheYachtMarket.com Southampton Boat Show (stand J368).
The refrigerator has a large capacity of 83 litres, with a 32 litre freezer compartment. Its clever ITC (Intelligent Temperature Control) ECO feature stores refrigeration energy when a surplus of energy is available. This, combined with superior insulation, means the energy requirements of the refrigerator are 35% lower than existing products on the market.
The Freeline 115 Elegance is equipped with a remote compressor. In common with the rest of the Webasto Elegance line, the refrigerator is easy to install, features a vent-lock system, internal LED lighting and custom panel options. A central handle means the hinge can easily be moved to allow the refrigerator to open on the preferred side.
Also new to the refrigeration range is the new Cruise 160 Drink Inox, a stainless steel fridge-only unit specifically designed to offer onboard storage for drinks. It is available with either a right or left hinged door and offers an integrated solution with a three-side flush mounting frame. The Cruise 160 Drink Inox has the same cut-out dimensions as Webasto’s Drawer 160 Inox refrigerator with freezer compartment.
The two units can be installed next to, or on top of each other to create the ideal refrigeration solution. An internal fan ensures optimal cool air distribution inside the fridge.
A new IceDrink White ice maker is another addition to the Webasto refrigeration range. The compact size of the IceDrink White ice maker and its extra low profile mean it can fit neatly in the cockpit and under seats. The top-opening ice maker produces elegant crescent ice cubes and can be used as a drawer as it has extra-long roller slides. The IceDrink White ice maker has an ice production capacity of 4kg per day and performs even when the ambient temperature is high (up to 38°C).
