Yacht Racing Image Award reveals jury for 2025

The Pantaenius Yacht Racing Image Award has announced the members of its international jury for 2025.
The prestigious sailing photography award, now in its 16th edition, is open to professional photographers worldwide. The 2025 jury is made up of Samo Vidic, winner of the Yacht Racing Image Award in 2023 and 2024; Anna Schroeder, marketing director at Pantaenius Group; Ludovic Sorlot, editor-in-chief of Course Au Large and CupLegend magazines; Clare G. Harrington, vice commodore of The New York Yacht Club; Holly Cova, team director, Team Malizia; Cécile Andrieu, CEO of Mer Concept; and Niels Klarenbeek, director of Metstrade.
Photographers can submit images taken between 14 October 2024 and 12 October 2025, with entries closing at midnight on 12 October 2025. A shortlist of 80 photographs will be published online on 20 October. Public voting will then run until 14 November 2025, and the 20 best images will also be exhibited at Metstrade in Amsterdam from 18 to 20 November 2025.
The winners will be announced on 21 November 2025 during the Yacht Racing Forum in Amsterdam. Two main awards will be presented: the Pantaenius Yacht Racing Image Award, chosen by the jury, with prizes of €1,500 for first place, €750 for second and €250 for third; and the Public Award, determined by online voting, which will offer €500. Additional prizes may also be awarded to photographers present at the ceremony.
Images and registration for the competition need to be submitted online.
