Nimbus signs new dealer in Florida
Nimbus Group is expanding its presence in the US and has signed a dealer distribution agreement with Nautical Ventures on Florida’s west coast.
Through the agreement, Nautical Ventures’ three retail locations on Florida’s west coast will service and sell boats under the Nimbus brand. The group also recently announced its expansion in Oslo to build on the 2022 acquisition of Norwegian dealer Herholdt Andersen and strengthen the Swedish boatbuilder’s market position in and around the Norwegian capital.
Nautical Ventures, recently acquired by Vision Marine, operates nine full-service retail locations across the state of Florida, including its three locations in west Florida in Tampa, Sarasota, and Pensacola.
“Florida is the largest boating market in the United States and a key growth area for Nimbus Group’s premium products. Expanding our dealer network is an important part of our growth strategy, and we are very pleased to welcome Nautical Ventures as our exclusive partner for Florida’s West Coast,” says Nicklas Bergström, director for commercial sales.
Nimbus boats are expected at the locations beginning September 2025.
