Acquera Yachting expands Caribbean footprint with Guadeloupe office
Acquera Yachting is strengthening its Caribbean network with the launch of a new office in Guadeloupe, timed ahead of the region’s yachting season. The addition brings the company’s presence in the Caribbean to eight countries.
The Guadeloupe operation will be led by country manager, Guillaume Moquet, an experienced industry professional with deep knowledge of the local market. The opening underscores the strategic importance of the Caribbean for Acquera Yachting, and comes just days before the Antigua Charter Yacht Show and the official seasonal kick-off.
A lifelong sailing enthusiast, Moquet began his career in the agri-food industry, which led him to work throughout Europe and the Americas. During this time, he completed several Atlantic crossings, discovering the Caribbean. In 2018 he launched a charter company in Antigua and Barbuda, before moving to Guadeloupe, where in 2023 he became manager of the Dream Yacht Charter base and founded Luxury Villa & Yacht Services, a premium services provider for villas and superyachts.
This opening further strengthens Acquera Yachting’s presence in one of the world’s main yachting hubs. The agency is now active in eight countries across the region: Anguilla, Antigua, Dominica, the Grenadines, Guadeloupe, St. Barth, St. Lucia and St. Maarten.
