Andrew Lewis appointed as Premier’s head of marketing

Premier Marinas has appointed Andrew Lewis as its new head of marketing. He’ll be located at Swanwick Marina.

Premier says Lewis brings a wealth of relatable experience to the role having worked with a wide range of travel and hospitality brands during a marketing career spanning over 25 years.

Starting out working with major FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) brands, Lewis has subsequently held marketing and brand leadership roles with IHG, British Airways, AvisBudget and Gatwick Airport. His work has encompassed product and marketing communications development and digital marketing transformation, working in both start-up and business transformation environments.

“This is an exciting time to be joining Premier Marinas with an aspiring vision for its nine marinas and the redevelopment of Noss on Dart well underway,” says Lewis. “There’s a significant opportunity to build on the great work the team have already laid down in recent years and I’m excited to be bringing my own experience to the sector for the first time to help shape Premier Marinas’ future.”

Premier’s also announced that Brighton Marina has retained its 5 Gold Anchors Award.

This award, made by The Yacht Harbour Association, is indicative of the superior quality of customer service and range of facilities provided at Brighton Marina.

This follows significant investment into the marina such as introducing new RIB Versa Docks and additional jet ski pods. In 2020, the West Jetty facilities building underwent a full upgrade.
