Aquamare Marine launch ultra-sonic antifouling product

Aquamare Marine are well established in the marine industry being authorised distributors and service engineers for all the major OEMs. But with their 10-year anniversary being celebrated in October, they have now decided to launch their own ultra-sonic antifouling product; Electronic Fouling Control (EFC).

Aquamare’s EFC system is built on the well proven sonic shield platform using the highest quality transducers and state-of-the-art electronic control hardware which monitors power usage and can isolate the system to prevent battery drain. The system is available in 6 versions from the EFC100, with just a single transducer all the way up to the EFC1200 using two control units and 12 transducers. It is even possible to have multiple systems installed at once meaning boats of any size can be catered for.

Being marine engineering specialists, Aquamare can even install the system for you. To find out more, speak to Aquamare Marine who will be displaying the product at all the major upcoming boat shows. See them at Stand J340 at the Southampton International Boat Show next week.

The product is also going to be available in the US through their sister company, Aquamare Marine USA, where it will be branded as Electronic Bottom Paint (EBP) for the US market.

For more information, visit their new dedicated website www.electronic-fouling-control.com or contact info@aquamare.co.uk or call 01752 604603.
