Attwood introduces updated deck fill
Attwood has introduced a new deck fill for its marine hardware and fuel product portfolio.
US-based Attwood is a brand of Navico Group and manufactures marine products including general marine accessories, seat and table hardware, and water systems and ventilation.
Deck fillers are access points on the boat’s deck that are used to fill the tanks, add water or pump out waste.
The updated deck fill retains the mounting pattern of the previous product, so it can be used as a replacement on existing platforms without changes to the mounting arrangement.
“At Attwood, we’re always looking for ways to bring fresh design and smarter engineering to the water”, says Patrick Roberts, president of performance solutions for Navico Group. “By reimagining our deck fill product, we’re giving boaters solutions that look as exceptional as they perform, while giving OEMs new opportunities to elevate the overall boating experience.”
The Attwood deck fill is available in chrome and composite finishes. A stainless steel version is scheduled to become available in January 2027.
Models are offered for Carbon Canister and Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) fuel systems. The Carbon Canister version has two overpressure safety protection valves. The PRV version has two 1-psi pressure relief diurnal emission control valves and three high-flow air inlet valves.
The product meets ISO 13331 and CARB 13 CCR 2235 standards for nozzle mating and retention. It has also been engineered and tested to prevent water from entering the fuel system.
The deck fill supports fuel flow rates of 4-18 gal/min and is designed to prevent fuel spitback or wellback when the tank is full. It is available now.
