Azimut has launched the first unit of its new Grande 30M model at the firm’s Viareggio shipyard. The 30-metre yacht joins the builder’s Grande series and will make its official debut at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival.

The motor yacht is the first Azimut model to feature a new collaboration between exterior styling by Alberto Mancini, combined with interior design by m2atelier.

The interior layout introduces Azimut’s new “Barefoot Luxury” concept, developed by m2atelier, aiming to appeal to a new generation of yacht owners looking for a more informal onboard atmosphere and lifestyle.

Technically speaking, the Grande 30M is powered by Rolls-Royce’s new propulsion system, with mtu engines paired with POD drives.

According to the yard, this setup offers a 15 per cent improvement in efficiency over traditional shaft lines, reducing fuel consumption and emissions.

Following its launch, the Grand 30M will undergo final preparations ahead of its world premiere in Cannes this September.
