boatpoint launches office at Haslar Marina

boatpoint, a boat sales business recently launched by boatfolk, has extended its partnership with Network Yacht Brokers. Network Yacht Brokers is one of the largest groups of independent yacht brokers in the UK and boatpoint has now launched an office at Haslar Marina, Gosport.

It will be the fourth boatpoint office in partnership with Network Yacht Brokers, following ones in Conwy Marina, Royal Quays Marina (North Shields), and Portland Marina, Weymouth.

“We know that a brokerage service is something people want at marinas, and the boat sales arm of boatfolk enables us to broaden our customer service offering to both our berth holders and the wider Solent community,” says Michael Prideaux, boatfolk MD. “The launch of a fourth boatpoint office, as a growing part of the boatfolk family, offers exciting new opportunities for boat enthusiasts across the South Coast.”

The new brokerage office will be headed up by Chris Ibbotson who has over 20 years experience in boat sales and who previously owned and operated Waterside Boat Sales Gosport.

The boatpoint Portsmouth office is located at Haslar Marina and can be found in the marina village, and will primarily focus on brokerage, while working hard to secure new boat dealerships. As a main dealer for Jeanneau, a global market leading boat brand, boatpoint is confident it can help customers find a boat that suits their needs at a price that offers exceptional value.
