Brooklyn Bridge Marina and Brunswick collaborate for marine showcase

Brunswick exhibition stand

Brooklyn Bridge Marina, New York, will host an exclusive marine innovation showcase on 18 August to highlight marine innovations from Brunswick Corporation.

The immersive media event will welcome journalists to experience the future of boating via Brunswick’s on-water demonstrations, product experiences and discussions centered on the technologies and trends redefining marine recreation.

The showcase will feature innovations from across Brunswick’s portfolio, including Mercury Marine, Navico Group, Boston Whaler, Sea Ray, Navan and other leading Brunswick brands, along with collaborations and partnerships that reflect the expanding role of technology, sustainability and connectivity in the marine industry

Last month, MIN reported that Brunswick has raised its full-year 2026 guidance after reporting strong second-quarter results, with sales up 7.7 per cent and adjusted operating earnings rising 19.1 per cent.

Dan Jemal, Brooklyn Bridge Marina, says: “Hosting Brunswick, the industry’s largest and most innovative company, is an exciting milestone for Brooklyn Bridge Marina and for boating in New York City. Our marina has become a premier destination on New York Harbor, and we’re proud to partner with Brunswick to showcase the innovation, energy and economic impact that boating brings to the city. This event demonstrates how New York’s waterfront can serve as a world-class platform for marine recreation and technology.”

Lee Gordon, chief communications officer for Brunswick Corporation, adds: “For many years, Brunswick has hosted our annual media event in New York to give journalists a first-hand look at the technologies shaping the future of boating. As we continue to broaden the reach and impact of this experience, Brooklyn Bridge Marina is the ideal location to showcase our innovations against one of the world’s most iconic waterfront backdrops. We’re grateful for their partnership as we bring this event to a new location and demonstrate how Brunswick is making boating more connected.”

Located on the East River at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge Marina provides direct access to New York Harbor and serves as a gateway for recreational boaters exploring one of the world’s most iconic urban waterfronts.
