CRN Ferretti launch rio with fireworks in backgorund

The Ferretti Group brand CRN has launched a new bespoke steel and aluminium yacht, Project C138, to be delivered as M/Y Rio. At 11.2m in the beam, this four-deck superyacht can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in the owner’s suite and the five guest suites.

M/Y Rio is described as ‘an entirely bespoke opus with a strong artisanal stamp, an elegant yet supremely sporty vessel with flowing hull lines and a near-vertical bow’.

Like all CRN pleasure yachts, the new yacht in under construction in Ancona, Italy, at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard where core values are said to include a deep commitment to sustainability (geared to reducing the environmental impact of the production processes). Examples of this approach in action are the trigeneration and solar-power systems which have helped to cut the yard’s heat and power consumption, by 32% and 79% respectively.
