Denison Yachting and OneWater Yacht Group complete merger

US marine retailer OneWater Yacht Group has finalised its merger with Florida-based dealer Denison Yachting.
In 2022, OneWater acquired Denison Yachting, a family-owned company with a long history in the yachting industry.
The combined organisation will operate under the Denison Yachting brand, and will have 23 offices across the United States and Europe. The leadership structure will remain the same.
The agreement expands Denison Yachting’s portfolio to include Absolute Yachts, HCB, Riviera, Prestige and Belize Yachts. The company also becomes the largest Sunseeker dealer worldwide.
The merged business — a publicly traded company — will have more than 800 active yacht listings and a network of 180 yacht brokers. Areas of activity will include yacht sales, brokerage, charter, management, crew placement and after-sales support.
The news comes after OneWater Marine completed its acquisition of Florida-based dealership American Yacht Group in February 2025.
Bob Denison, president of Denison Yachting, says: “This is an exciting new chapter for Denison Yachting and our clients. By joining with OneWater Yacht Group, we’re bringing together two of the strongest teams in the industry. Our clients will benefit from more boats to choose from, the best marketing and technology, and a full-service approach that makes yacht ownership simpler and more enjoyable.”
Bryan Braley, president of OneWater Yacht Group, adds: “Our goal has always been to deliver the very best experience for our customers with our greatest strengths being new yacht sales and service. By combining Denison’s unmatched expertise in brokerage and charter with their industry leading marketing, we are creating the most comprehensive and customer-focused yachting company in the world.”
Further information will be shared at the Monaco Yacht Show 2025, which takes place 24–27 September.
Denison Yachting was established in 1948 with the founding of Broward Marine in Fort Lauderdale. Today it provides yachting services internationally, including superyacht sales, charter, yacht management, crew placement and new construction.
The company operates from over 23 waterfront offices with more than 180 licensed yacht brokers.
