Distribution company TMS reveals B2B website upgrade

TMS new website

Technical Marine Supplies, a UK-based European distribution company, has launched its brand-new B2B website. The company says it’s designed to provide customers with a seamless and efficient online experience. That means that customers can check live stock availability and access real-time inventory levels. They’ll also be able to view a complete order history and order status, tracking orders from placement to delivery.

“Our new B2B website has been a year in the making, and is designed to offer our trade customers a better experience when accessing the trade portal,” says Nick Cook, senior sales manager at TMS. “Having a website that is fully integrated with our internal business software empowers our customers to do so much more when logged in.”

Other new capabilities include customers being able to view their most commonly ordered items for faster reordering and creating and managing professional quotes directly within the platform. Plus, it will offer an invoicing and transaction history as well as online Pro Forma payments.

Earlier this year, the company instigated a series of summer product workshops with a variety of marine manufacturers in a bid to foster knowledge sharing in the industry.
