Eyemouth Marine appoints new managing director

Eyemouth Marine has appointed Neil Harrison as its new MD. Harrison brings over 30 years of experience in management and business development across various marine sectors, including commercial shipping, oil and gas, offshore renewables, blue light services, fishing, aquaculture, superyachts, and government agencies.

Eyemouth Marine is based in Eyemouth Harbour on Scotland’s south-east coast. It offers facilities for commercial and leisure vessels, including three slipways, wood and composite repair sheds, fabrication workshops, and more.

Harrison has a background in driving business growth and managing teams, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Eyemouth Marine’s operations. Harrison’s role will focus on advancing the company’s marine technology development, with attention to sustainability and environmental considerations.

“Having worked and been active within the marine industry since leaving school, I am delighted to be joining such a well-established business steeped in history and heritage as Eyemouth Marine Limited,” says Harrison (pictured).
