Gulf Craft appoints exclusive distributor in Indonesia
Yacht manufacturer Gulf Craft has appointed Yacht Sourcing as the exclusive dealer of its Nomad and Majesty yachts within Indonesia.
Yacht Sourcing is an Indonesia-born yachting and marine leisure company headquartered in Bali. The company, which currently represents brands such as Fountaine Pajot, Dufour, Senous, Takacat, and Polycraft, has been awarded an exclusive dealership by Gulf Craft for Indonesia. Yacht Sourcing says this dealership will be supported by its Asia-wide infrastructure for both sales and servicing.
The collaboration was formally signed during the recent Thailand International Boat Show, which was held from 11 to 14 January 2024 in Phuket.
Yacht Sourcing says Gulf Craft’s Majesty and Nomad superyachts range will be its strategic focus, making them accessible to the Indonesian market.
“This partnership marks a pivotal moment for Yacht Sourcing,” says Boum Senous, Yacht Sourcing CEO. “Securing the exclusive dealership for Gulf Craft’s Nomad and Majesty superyachts reflects our commitment to delivering unparalleled luxury experiences on the open seas. We are not merely selling yachts; we are curating unparalleled experiences.”
Lee Oldroyd, chief commercial officer for Gulf Craft, adds: “As Gulf Craft proudly reveals its collaboration with Yacht Sourcing in Indonesia, we express our commitment to strengthening our presence in the vibrant yachting markets of Asia and Southeast Asia.”
“With the growing demand for superyachts in the region, Yacht Sourcing’s appointment as the exclusive dealer for Majesty and Nomad superyachts in Indonesia is poised to make a significant impact,” says Senous.
Gulf Craft’s presence in Asia and Australia is supported by the development of new facilities in Gulf Craft Maldives, which is set to launch this year. The new Maldivian facility, dedicated to the manufacturing of vessels for use in the Indian Ocean, will see its national operations and production capacity double within 16 months.
