Henri-Lloyd appoints Sailforce in UK and Ireland

Marine and outdoor clothing brand, Henri-Lloyd has appointed marine sales specialist Sailforce to strengthen its sales reach and customer support in the UK and Ireland.

Henri Lloyd says that Sailforce’s experienced and knowledgeable team will provide it with additional hands-on sales representatives nationwide to drive brand visibility and support its retailers and customers.

“We want to make it easy for customers to work with us, and having the support from the professional, knowledgeable and friendly team at Sailforce liaising with our customers on a regular basis no matter where they are, is part of that strategy,” says James Tinkler, international sales manager at Henri-Lloyd.

Martin Humby, Sailforce director, comments: “We are delighted to represent Henri-Lloyd to the UK leisure marine market. Henri-Lloyd’s unrivalled history in protecting sailors during the worst of conditions and the enlightened approach to working with wholesale customers is already proving to be a successful combination. We look forward to building on this in the coming months and years.”

Henri-Lloyd is launching its 2024 yachting and boating range at METSTRADE next week (15-17 November 2023) The new collection is said to reflect founder Henri Strzelecki’s love of sailing, offering clothing suitable for coastal and inland boating as well as the most extreme offshore conditions.

Tinkler adds: “The new 2024 collections are designed specifically to complement the wholesale, B2B and corporate market needs.  The discreet Henri-Lloyd logos are intentionally positioned to enable companies, teams and individuals to be able to put their own additional, personal branding in key positions on the garments.”

Headquartered in Manchester with designers in Italy and Scotland, Henri-Lloyd is now owned by the Norwegian Monte Rosa Sport Group, which also owns leading base layer specialist brand Odlo.
