Highfield expands US dealer network with four additions

Highfield Boats USA has added four new dealer partners to its US sales network for Highfield rigid inflatable boats (RIBs). The new dealers are Boater’s Choice and Keenan Marina in Michigan, along with Reliable Marine and Riddle Marine in Hawaii.
“Despite the fact that the US boating industry has been facing extremely tough challenges recently, Highfield Boats is not slowing down,” says Highfield Boats USA president Christophe Lavigne. “We are proud to have added these four new dealer partners in key markets and are continuing to grow our dealer network, both in numbers and geographically, throughout America.”
The firm says its two new dealer partners in Hawaii reflect demand for RIBs designed for challenging offshore and coastal conditions.
Reliable Marine Hawaii, based in Waialua on O’ahu’s North Shore, has provided mobile boat repair and marine services for over ten years. The business operates from a large sales and service facility located five minutes from Haleiwa Harbour, where sea trials are conducted for prospective customers.
“This partnership marks an exciting chapter, combining Reliable Marine Hawaii’s expertise in mechanical and electrical services with Highfield’s innovative aluminium and fibreglass hull RIB tenders and sport boats,” says Dawn Williams of Reliable Marine Hawaii.
Founded in 2011, Riddle Marine is based in Kailua-Kona on Hawaii’s Big Island. It began as a small boat builder focused on vessels suited for local waters, and has since expanded into marine service, repair and retail. Its technicians hold service certifications for Mercury, MerCruiser, Suzuki and Volvo Penta outboard and inboard marine engines.
Keenan Marina operates four locations in Michigan: two in Harrison Township, one in Spring Lake and one in Whitehall. The marina offers a full range of services including new boat sales, brokerage, repair, marina slips, fuel docks and storage.
“Everyone in our organisation who owns a tender owns a Highfield. We’ve been loyal customers for years, so when the opportunity came up to be a dealer, we jumped on it,” says Rob Lott, Keenan Marina sales and service manager. “With two on-water locations, we service homes on the lake where they will be primary vessels and smaller tenders for yachts in the marina.”
Boater’s Choice is located in Brooklyn, Michigan. The dealership sells new and brokerage boats, including RIBs, ski boats, wakesurf boats and pontoons. Its service department offers repair, engine servicing, winterisation and detailing. The Boater’s Choice Pro Shop stocks equipment and accessories for water sports.
Highfield Boats was established in 2011 and manufactures rigid inflatable boats with aluminium hulls ranging from 6 to 30 feet. Its headquarters and production facility are in Weihai, China. The company has a distribution network spanning 46 countries. In 2023, Highfield Boats USA opened a rigging and distribution facility in Cadillac, Michigan.
