IGY Marinas renews management agreement at Porto Cervo Marina

IGY Marinas has renewed its management agreement with Smeralda Holding for the Porto Cervo Marina and shipyard, continuing a partnership that has developed over the past five years.
Under the extended agreement, IGY Marinas will maintain its role overseeing operations, marketing, branding, and customer service at the marina, which will remain an integral part of IGY’s global portfolio.
Located along Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda coastline, Porto Cervo Marina is a 700-slip facility capable of accommodating a yacht up to 160 metres. The marina offers an array of amenities, including high-speed fueling, provisioning, water management, beach clubs, restaurants and shopping.
“Porto Cervo Marina is not just a stunning destination but a hallmark of excellence in yachting,” says Steven English, CEO of IGY Marinas. “Renewing this agreement underscores our commitment to preserving its legacy while enhancing its position as a world-class destination. Together with PCM, the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda and the local stakeholders, we are excited to chart the future for this globally renowned yachting hub,” he adds.
Simon Bryan, IGY Marinas’ vice president of operations for Europe, further highlights the marina’s appeal: “Porto Cervo Marina embodies everything that makes the Costa Smeralda a dream destination for yacht owners and enthusiasts with unparalleled beauty, tradition, and a vibrant maritime culture.”
This announcement comes on the heels of IGY Marinas’ recent partnership with Aqua superPower in Sardinia, which saw the installation of fast-charging stations at IGY Portisco Marina, further down the Costa Smeralda coastline.
