Integrel Solutions reopens its doors

Launched in 2018, Integrel Solutions has reopened its doors and returned to installing its energy generation system which it says completely replaces standalone generators by using ‘spare’ capacity from the existing inboard engine.

With more and more people trying to live a ‘greener’ life, the company says it has seen a steady increase in demand for its innovative and sustainable system.

Integrel uses smart technology to generate up to 9kW of electrical power without compromising engine performance.

The system is said to actively manage its output so that the engine is always running at its most fuel-efficient. Operation is completely automatic with no effort required from the boat owner.

Electrical power is available at all voltage levels, whether connected to shore power, at anchor, or underway. The system has no impact on boat speed or handling and there is nothing to start, stop or switch. Power is always available.

According to Integrel, by using the engine for both propulsion and power generation both tasks are delivered at optimum efficiency, resulting in fuel savings of up to 25 per cent.

Marketing manager Sashka Langsdon says: “The world is reopening its doors, and so are we. We are looking forward to the year ahead and using our clever system to achieve the convenience and comforts of home while sailing.”
