Jon Partridge steps down from RS Sailing
Jon Partridge will be stepping down from his role as managing director of RS Sailing after 25 years with the business.
Rising to joint-CEO in 2015, Partridge steered RS through some of the industry’s most difficult periods. He will continue to contribute to the company in a consultancy capacity for a period, ensuring a smooth transition and the handover.
RS Sailing defines itself as the ‘world’s largest small-sailboat brand’, distributing to all corners of the globe.
Partridge has been integral to the success of the RS Feva class, which has grown into the world’s leading junior double handed dinghy. He also led the expansion of RS into new international markets, establishing an impressive dealer network that has introduced RS boats to sailors around the world.
Under his guidance, RS Sailing has grown into one of the most respected dinghy and sailing brands globally, inspiring sailors of all ages and abilities.
