KM Yachtbuilders launches first motor yacht Bestevaer 53 MY

With over 20 years of experience in building aluminium sailing yachts, Dutch shipyard KM Yachtbuilders has launched its first luxury motor yacht, the Bestevaer 53 MY.

The company claims that the diesel powered Bestevaer 53 MY ‘is the perfect vessel for (former) sailors and motorboat enthusiasts who dream of minimal maintenance and maximal comfort while exploring new territories or travelling familiar waters’.

The yacht is said to be virtually maintenance free because of its aluminium hull and structure, and offers many additional conveniences such as a remote-control docking system, stabilisers and plenty of storage space.

She’s described as having a large aft deck with hydraulic swimming platform and wide gangways. Two large sliding doors to the cockpit can be fully folded open, merging inside with outside. The spacious lounge has a large seating area and the bridge section leads to two bedrooms.

As with any custom yacht built by KM Yachtbuilders, this ship can be tailored to fit the owner’s wishes in size, layout and interior styling.
