Marine leisure consultancy Marina Projects is celebrating its 25th anniversary in the marina planning, design, engineering, and operational management arenas.
Founded in 2001, the UK-based firm has built an international portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, specialising in superyacht destinations, technically robust marina and waterfront destinationsm mixed-use waterfronts, and resort developments.

Lantau Yacht Club, Hong Kong: Delivered specialist design and operational consultancy for the high-capacity superyacht hub.
Buckler’s Hard Yacht Harbour: Guided the reconfiguration of the Hampshire marina, balancing operational upgrades with heritage considerations.
Cowes Outer Harbour & Windermere Marina Village: Supported major marine infrastructure enhancements and expansion programmes.

Shaping industry standards with the new TYHA Code of Practice
Most recently, Marina Projects has led the technical review, stakeholder engagement and drafting support for the modernisation of The Yacht Harbour Association’s Code of Practice, helping develop the new fully revised 8th edition to reflect evolving industry standards, operational requirements and future trends within marina development and management.
