MB92 Group adds Remy Millott to board of directors

Remy Millott, CEO of GYG, has been appointed as a non-executive member of the board of directors at MB92 Group, a global company specialising in superyacht refit, repair, and maintenance. 

Millott will continue in his role as CEO of GYG, the superyacht painting, service and supply company that trades under the Pinmar, Pinmar Yacht Supply and Technocraft brands, which MB92 acquired earlier this year. 

With over four decades of experience in the superyacht industry and extensive expertise in international business development, Millott is expected to contribute strategic insights to MB92’s board, executive committee, and senior management as the company pursues further growth.

MB92 Group also announced that the search for a new group CEO is underway, with a formal appointment anticipated in the coming months.
