New Dover-to-Calais service for Irish Ferries

Irish Ferries is extending its network of existing routes from Ireland to Britain with a new service between Dover and Calais, which launches on 29 June.

Travelling on the fully refurbished Isle of Inishmore, passengers can make full use of the upgraded Club Class Lounge that has 360-degree sea views and dedicated seating.

Irish Ferries is running its ‘Travel Safe’ programme on board, meaning customers can travel in confidence, checking in from the security of their own car. There’s plenty of space in communal areas for natural social distancing onboard, with enhanced hygiene practices throughout.

“Our new route between Dover to Calais will bring even more choice for customers planning to travel to France later this year,” says Nora Costello, consumer marketing & sales director at Irish Ferries.

“We are proud to bring our ‘Sea Travel Differently’ customer-focused ethos to this popular and competitive route, and we know that our customers will relish travelling with us, and our own style of Irish-influenced hospitality.”
