Nourah of Riyad refloated in Athens

Over a week after the 70m motor yacht Nourah of Riyad capsized near Athens during a haul-out procedure for routine maintenance, local services this week managed to refloat and stabilise the vessel in Perama where the damage will now be assessed.

The cause of the incident that took place on 8 March 2020 is still unclear but it is known that no marine pollution was reported as a result, neither were any personal injuries. Nourah of Riyad has now been moved to an adjacent dock where investigational and repair work will get underway, according to Superyacht Times.
