Patrick Industries, Lippert announce merger talks

LCI Industries, which operates under the Lippert name, and Patrick Industries has confirmed that they are in talks regarding a possible merger of equals.

Both companies are suppliers to the outdoor recreation industries.

The companies report that the discussions are ongoing, but there can be no assurances that such discussions will result in a transaction or on what terms any transaction may occur. LCI Industries says it does not intend to comment further unless and until it determines further disclosure is appropriate.

LCI Industries, through its Lippert subsidiary, is a global leader in supplying engineered components to the outdoor recreation and transportation markets. The US-based component maker recently reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year (ending 31 December 2025), showing an increase in net sales and revenue.
