Deadline extended for applications for the NMRA marine trade scholarships
The deadline for applications for the 2026 National Marine Representatives Association (NMRA) marine trades scholarships has been extended to 30 April 2026.
The scholarships are awarded annually to those pursuing education in the marine trades. The NMRA started the initiative in 2008.
Funds for the scholarships are raised by NMRA members, affiliate members and non-members.
In 2025, three NMRA Scholarships of $1,000 each were awarded to students attending the Great Lakes Boat Building School, Marine Trades Institute and the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding.
