Teledyne Raymarine has introduced the CAM400, a compact marine IP camera engineered to integrate directly with compatible Axiom chartplotters to deliver high-definition day and night video monitoring across recreational, commercial, and first-responder vessels.

Designed to help boaters see more of their boat without leaving the helm, CAM400 gives captains and crew a clear view of important areas around the vessel including the cockpit, aft deck, swim platform, side decks, blind spots, utility spaces and other locations. It also provides a rear-facing view and helps users keep an eye on crew, passengers and activity around the vessel.

According to Raymarine, the product boasts a compact design, wide-angle lens and reliable day-and-night performance, making it suitable for a wide range of monitoring applications, whether underway, docking or at anchor.

“CAM400 represents our ongoing commitment to giving boaters practical tools that make time on the water safer, easier and more enjoyable,” says Michelle Hildyard, general manager of Teledyne Raymarine. “It reflects our focus on delivering technology that is both powerful and practical, while continuing to create more connected, capable experiences for mariners around the world.”

For an expanded navigation view, CAM400 works with the Raymarine AR200 sensor to support ClearCruise Augmented Reality. The system combines live camera video with navigation overlays on a compatible display, including AIS targets and waypoints, to provide additional visual context and enhance situational awareness. CAM400 and AR200 are also offered together in bundled packages.

The suggested retail price for CAM400 starts from $699.99. The suggested retail price for the CAM400 and AR200 augmented reality bundle starts from $1,449.99.
