Recruitment drive at Fairline Yachts

British motorboat manufacturer, Fairline Yachts, is recruiting for new staff members, in a variety of manufacturing roles at its factory in Oundle, Northamptonshire. Fairline is also expanding its design team with openings for both contract and full-time staff.

These vacancies come as Fairline commences a three-year new model launch programme, as well as having a full order book for current models well into 2023.

Jane Gadsby, HR & services director of Fairline Yachts, comments: “While there have been significant economic headwinds globally because of the pandemic, the luxury yacht sector is one that is booming. There is an incredibly strong global market for luxury yachts currently, so with our strong order book and plenty of new yacht designs in the pipeline, this is a very exciting time to be joining the business.”

The recruitment drive comes after the recent announcement that Fairline Yachts has been acquired by Hanover Investors.
