Redesigned hull cleaning system launched

Precision Blast Systems Ltd has launched the latest version of its Gritco-ECO abrasive blast machine, which it says is ideal for anti-foul removal and hull surface preparation.

The company says the machine has been redesigned to make it more compact and user friendly, with an additional focus on environmental impact by reducing air and abrasive consumption.

The Gritco-ECO is part of a range of abrasive blasting solutions that includes a sub-sea machine said to be capable of abrasive blasting underwater at depths of up to 200 metres.
