Ritchie Navigation signs French distributor

Ritchie Navigation, the world’s oldest and largest manufacturer of magnetic compasses, has signed French VDM-Reya as its newest distributor.

“We’re pleased to be working with VDM-Reya,” says Jon Sherman, Ritchie’s president. “They’re known throughout their region for on-time delivery and exceptional customer service.” Ritchie Navigation will continue its longstanding relationship with Marseille, France-based Proxam Distribution Marine.

In 2017, Vidal Diffusion Marine and REYA SAS merged to become VDM-Reya. Representing over 200 brands, the company offers a complete selection of major and minor boat parts and accessories and boatbuilding supplies.
