Scanstrut moves to larger facility following ‘significant’ sales growth

Due to phenomenal growth over the last two years, Scanstrut has moved into a significantly larger facility in Westbrook, CT. The new location is the headquarters for the company’s North American operations and serves all of its distribution, dealer and OEM customers.

“Our move to a brand new, significantly larger facility will enable our North American operation to increase inventory levels and more efficiently service our customers, without whom this expansion would not be possible,” says Chris Beaudry, general manager. “I look forward to leading this next phase of growth with the company.”

Scanstrut’s award-winning range of outdoor technology products has been a key factor in its recent growth. Highly innovative products such as its wireless and USB chargers are now factory fit for an ever-growing number of iconic boat brands in North America together with a loyal and expanding network of aftermarket dealers and installers.

Tom Reed, Scanstrut CEO, adds: “Under the fantastic leadership of Chris Beaudry, Scanstrut has grown significantly and I’m delighted that we’re able to expand our operations to meet the needs of our customers. With several major new product launches coming over the next two years, the additional space and shipping efficiencies it will provide will keep us running at full speed into our next phase of growth.”

Arksen recently selected Scanstrut’s charging ranges as standard across its brand-new adventure series of boats.
