Nautitech to offer Sea.AI across catamaran range
Sea.AI and French shipyard Nautitech Catamarans are extending their collaboration to make Sea.AI’s machine vision systems available as an option across the Nautitech range of performance catamarans.
The two companies are working to integrate real-time detection and situational awareness systems into multihull vessels, with Sea.AI’s platform designed to identify floating objects and potential hazards day or night and in varied conditions.

Sea.AI’s system functions as an additional safety tool, continuously monitoring the surroundings and issuing alerts when it detects buoys, containers, fishing gear or small craft that may not appear on radar or AIS. This capability is designed to help improve awareness and reduce the risk of collision, particularly in low visibility or unfamiliar waters.
The system is also intended to support navigation during arrivals at night or in busy anchorages, helping crew identify moored vessels or find docking space.
