Setag expands yacht refit operations to Mediterranean

British motor yacht design and refit specialist Setag Yachts has expanded its yacht refit operations into the European market with a new facility in Denia, Spain.
Setag, which offers bespoke refits on pre-owned and classic yachts, says it is looking to meet the increasing demand for yacht refits in the Mediterranean.
The Denia facility is positioned to provide yacht owners with access across the region, particularly in the Balearic Islands, France, and Italy.
Setag says Denia, a port city in the Spanish province of Alicante, was selected for its strategic position within the Mediterranean yachting network. Setag’s Mediterranean yacht refit facility is equipped to accommodate yachts ranging from 5m to 50m, with dedicated refit bays for a range of projects.
The firm’s team consists of professionals with over 200 years of combined experience in yacht manufacturing and refit, with backgrounds from companies such as Princess Yachts, Sunseeker, and Fairline. The Denia site is integrated with the company’s UK headquarters in Plymouth, at MDL’s Queen Anne’s Battery.
